"This was my second visit here and I love coming here. Jessica took care of me today and was so down to earth and professional. She was able to get my beard sculpted exactly how I wanted it. She was very meticulous and even fit me in 10 minutes to close. Thank you for another great experience. I will be back."

"Update: The store manager and staff have really made an effort to make up for the bad experience I had and it's much appreciated. I've been a regular at this location for quite a while now and recently purchased a package of 6 of their VIP service cuts. Despite having several of those left, I don't think I'll be going back. After checking in at the store and waiting for a little over an hour, I was taken back for my haircut. As soon as I sat down, a couple up front who had not been in the store earlier and were not on the board complained that they were supposed to be next. I don't know if they had problems using the mobile app or what, but I was asked to get up and go back to the waiting room. This would have pushed my wait time from the original wait time of an hour all the way to two hours at which point I think the store is supposed to be closed. All of this was AFTER waiting a little over an hour to get "on deck" on the board. This was a friendly shop for me and I had enjoyed becoming a regular, but the wait times are often rough and getting bumped for someone not on the board like this is just too much. I hope I can get a refund for the unused VIP services. I won't be sending anyone else there in my place."

"I went for a quick trim to keep my curly hair curly... the lady cut way too much and didn’t listen when I asked to cut just a little and sort of trim. But The place is very nice I didn’t wait more the 5 minutes."
